Comedy and Pizza: Poster Wrap Up

Finished a poster for an event called Comedy and Pizza where Upright Citizens Brigade, an improv comedy team is coming to KU to perform in late February. This poster was cool because it gave me the opportunity to flex some of my illustration muscles. Although drawing steaming pizza around lunch time is not a very good idea when you forgot to pack a lunch of your own.

These are other sketches I did that lead up to the final design. I originally was going to make all the letters out of pizza-related things but decided against it because of legibility issues.
